Narrative
Once a hub of innovation and knowledge, the library now lies abandoned, overgrown, and shrouded in mystery. The Player awakens from a time capsule, navigating the decayed structure to uncover the story of a lost civilization and decide the fate of its preserved knowledge. This evolving project showcases my ability to craft immersive worlds that combine compelling storytelling with detailed visual artistry.
Why?
You might ask, why create a 3D environment when you are an audio designer? In games, nothing exists in isolation. Audio doesn’t just 𝘴𝘪𝘵 in a game—it interacts with the world, responds to its environment, and enhances the player’s experience in ways that go beyond sound itself. To design truly immersive audio, I realized I needed to understand the world it lives in and the pipeline that creates it.
For any other creatives out there: I can’t recommend enough exploring areas outside your core focus! You don’t have to master them, but gaining even a little understanding can open your eyes to so many new possibilities and make you fundamentally better at your craft.
